What definitely wins you over, about this city, is the gastronomical tradition, great expression of Restaurant “Il Mago”. Among a mixed fry (Canavese way), a dish of peppers and anchovies with “bagna cauda”, a taste of “tomini” with red pepper, your palate is satisfied with a jubilation of flavours and your eyes fill up with a pure delightful pleasure. The same can be said about Salami of Salumificio Nadia, guaranteed excellence of Piedmont, of a homemade quality and carefully chosen ingredients.
Last but not least, just the sweetness of the wine “Erbaluce”. Inside the town hall stands the first Regional Wine Shop of the Province of Turin, which hosts the best wines of the territory.
